Hospitality Manager Job Description
This role requires a polished and professional individual with experience in corporate, five-star hotel or high-end hospitality environments. The ideal candidate will be confident in front of clients, organized under pressure, and comfortable leading from the front in a guest-facing role.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and oversee day-to-day hospitality and events operations
* Coordinate food and beverage service and event setups
* Maintain five-star service standards in all guest-facing areas
* Act as the key point of contact for senior clients and stakeholders
* S support ongoing refinement of service standards and procedures
* Lead, motivate and support the on-site hospitality team
* Ensure smooth delivery of occasional client dinners and events
