Your new role As a Setting Out Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the successful execution of our construction projects.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Setting out: Accurately marking out the site to ensure all structures are built in the correct location.
2. Surveying: Conducting site surveys and using GPS, Robotic Total Station, Procore.
3. Coordination: Working closely with project managers, architects, and other engineers to ensure smooth project progression.
4. Quality Control: Ensuring all work meets the highest standards of quality and safety.
5. Documentation: Maintaining detailed records of site activities and progress.
What you'll need to succeed
6. A degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
7. Proven experience as a Setting Out Engineer in the construction industry.
8. Proficiency with surveying equipment and software.
9. Strong understanding of construction processes and health & safety regulations.
10. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
11. Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
