About Your New Role
AsEuropean PMO Lead, you will play a pivotal leadership role overseeing the delivery of large-scale real estate and facilities-related programmes for a key global client across Europe. Based from the client’s Dublin headquartersthree days per week, you will lead programme execution, manage multi-country delivery teams, and act as a senior interface between internal teams, external partners, and client stakeholders.
You will be responsible for driving strategic alignment, governance, and operational excellence across a diverse portfolio of programmes, including compliance, safety, quality, data, transition, training, and alliance development initiatives. The role requires strong influence across organisational boundaries, coordination of third-party service providers, and the ability to deliver consistent outcomes across multiple geographies.
What You Will Need
Extensive experience leading complex programmes or PMOs across multiple countries
Strong background in real estate, facilities management, or built environment programmes
Proven ability to lead and influence internal teams, external partners, and senior client stakeholders
Experience managing multiple workstreams, governance frameworks, and programme reporting
Strong commercial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and programme management tools
