Position: Fitness Coach / Personal Trainer
Hours: 10–12 hours per week
The Well is a women-focused strength and wellness studio in Thomastown — a safe, supportive space where women can train, connect, and feel their best. We're looking for a friendly, down-to-earth coach to join our growing team.
What's involved:
* Coaching small group strength and fitness classes
* Delivering personal training sessions
* Creating and updating client programs
* Supporting member onboarding and general studio admin
Requirements:
* Qualified Personal Trainer with experience in both PT and group training
* Confident in program design and progression
* Current First Aid certification
* Passionate about helping women feel strong and confident
* Friendly, approachable, and a team player
Highly valued experience:
* Working with women's health or pre/postnatal clients
* Building confidence in beginners or those new to exercise
