Operations Director Role
We are seeking an experienced Operations Director to join our organization. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, leading department managers, and driving performance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily operations across all departments
* Lead and support department managers in F&B, Front Office, Housekeeping, and Guest Services
* Maintain and enhance customer satisfaction through continuous service improvement
* Implement and monitor operational standards, SOPs, and quality controls
* Drive team performance through leadership, coaching, and performance management
* Support strategic planning, forecasting, cost control, and KPI monitoring
* Assist with staff scheduling, recruitment, training, and development
