The Role As Clinical Nurse Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day clinical leadership of the home, ensuring the highest standards of resident care while fostering a positive, supportive working environment.
You will work closely with senior management, nursing, and multidisciplinary teams to promote best practice, compliance, and continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities include: Providing strong clinical leadership and guidance to the nursing team Ensuring high standards of person-centred care and resident safety Supporting staff development, supervision, and performance Maintaining compliance with HIQA standards and regulatory requirements Contributing to audits, care planning, and quality improvement initiatives What Were Looking For: Registered General Nurse (NMBI registration required) Candidates must hold a valid permission to work in Ireland, as work permit sponsorship is not available for this role.
