Transformation Leader - Strategic Initiatives
We are seeking an experienced Transformation Leader to drive our strategic initiatives forward.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead the delivery of transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and outcomes.
2. Establish a structured approach to project delivery through the development and implementation of a program playbook.
3. Collaborate with stakeholders to determine, measure, monitor, and report on project progress and budget performance.
4. Develop robust criteria and budgets to facilitate proof-of-concept analysis for project approval.
5. Oversee the execution of the program playbook, ensuring risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies are identified, agreed upon, and monitored.
6. Communicate clear, timely, and relevant information to stakeholders on project objectives, progress, deliverables, achievements, and challenges.
Requirements:
* A minimum 15 years' experience in project management, business administration, or a related discipline within the financial sector.
* Proven track record of delivering complex projects, effective budget management, and innovative thinking.
* Proficiency in English is required, with additional languages being an asset.
