Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Operations Manager to oversee the delivery of technical services across our sites. This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned professional to take on a leadership role and drive operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
* To manage technical services site-wide, ensuring high performance, productivity, and compliance.
* To lead a team of technical staff with a hands-on approach.
* To manage systems such as BMS, Maximo, GMARS, or similar platforms.
* To ensure consistent GMP compliance and maintain the highest HSE standards.
* To drive operational excellence through KPI monitoring and continuous improvement initiatives.
* To deliver projects with strong documentation and reporting using Excel and PowerPoint.
* To build and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders on site.
Candidate Profile:
* A proven track record of managing technical services in a regulated environment.
* A minimum of 2 years' experience in a people management role, leading technical teams.
* A background in electrical or mechanical engineering is desirable.
* Strong client-facing skills with excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
* The ability to represent the company in meetings, updates, and strategic discussions with clients.
* A collaborative approach with the ability to work across departments and respond proactively to client needs.
