Security Operations Centre Analyst - Level 2
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Security Operations Centre (SOC) Analyst-Level 2. Our SOC houses the cybersecurity team responsible for monitoring and analysing our security posture on an ongoing basis.
We are seeking a highly skilled professional who can provide 24x7x365 capabilities to detect, analyse, and respond to cybersecurity incidents using technology solutions and strong processes.
* Monitor and analyse activity on networks, servers, endpoints, databases, applications, websites, and other critical systems looking for anomalous activity that could be indicative of a security incident or compromise.
About this Role:
We work closely with our customers' Business Network Operation Centres (NOC) teams to ensure quick resolution of identified issues.
The ideal candidate will have experience in investigating security devices including SIEMs IDS/IPS firewalls endpoint security systems etc.
A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology Cybersecurity or related field is preferred but not necessary if you have relevant industry experience.
We require English fluency proficiency written communication skills certification would also be beneficial e.g CompTIA Security+ Cisco CCNA Linux Unix foundational knowledge TCP/IP routing protocols
