Job Description:
We're seeking a proactive ATL Paid Media Specialist with a strong interest in media and experience with planning, buying and negotiation. You'll support planning, buying, and reporting across TV, radio, OOH, print, cinema, etc. You'll also gain exposure to the full media mix including digital marketing. We are looking for someone who is excited about working in a fast growth start up environment. Reporting to the Paid Media & Performance Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
Media Management:
* Support the planning and buying of ATL campaigns (TV, radio, OOH, print, cinema).
* Negotiate rates, added value, and placements with media owners and sales houses.
* Coordinate with agencies, suppliers, and internal teams on briefs, schedules, and trafficking.
* Monitor delivery vs plan and recommend optimisations.
* Prepare campaign reports and post-campaign analysis.
* Maintain budgets, POs, and reconciliations, keep accurate documentation and audit trails.
* Conduct competitor and market research to support planning and trading conversations.
* Keep on top of media trends, trading updates, and platform/supplier innovations and share insights with the team.
* Any further tasks as required to support the team and business needs.
Candidate Requirements:
Experience & Key Skills:
* 1–3 years' experience in media planning/ buying (agency experience) or relevant media-owner/client-side role.
* Degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field desirable (not essential).
* Knowledge of the Irish media landscape, digital advertising familiarity is a plus.
* Strong maths, logic, and analytical skills, comfortable with media math and basic forecasting.
* Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and clear written communication.
* Exposure to ATL planning/buying and trading metrics.
* Experience with the following tools:
* TV: AdvantEdge/Techedge, Nielsen suite (Arianna, Genesis, etc.)
* Radio: JNLR, Radiocentre Ireland planning tools
* Competitive & Market: Nielsen (Ad Intel), Kantar/TGI

* Attention to detail and accuracy, highly organised and able to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
* Confident communicator and relationship builder, comfortable negotiating with suppliers.
* Proactive, eager to learn, team player who can also work independently.
