What's On Offer Market-leading salary Fully expensed company car or car allowance Overtime entitlement Nest company pension Private medical cover Death-in-service benefit Bonus schemes + EOT share scheme Clear path to senior leadership - including future Country Manager potential About the RoleAs a BMS Engineer, you'll play a key role across the full lifecycle of building management systems - from maintaining live systems to commissioning new ones.Your Responsibilities Will Include: Servicing & maintaining existing BMS systems Diagnosing, troubleshooting & correcting faults Identifying upgrades, optimisation opportunities & system improvements Delivering new-build BMS projects from start to finish Full commissioning, testing & validation Creating, modifying & optimising BMS strategies Developing or updating front-end graphics Demonstrating completed systems to clients & managing smooth handovers Programming BMS systems from concept through completionThis role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on engineering, technical problem-solving, and building long-term client partnerships.
