Our aim is to empower you, to shape your own career and drive future business success in Biograph.Activities:As a Mortgage Administrator, the role will be varied. You will be working closely with our advisor group and senior leadership team. Your responsibilities will include:Ø Process mortgage applications efficiently, ensuring all required documentation is collected and fully compliant with Central Bank of Ireland regulations and individual lender criteria.Ø Liaise effectively with clients, lenders & solicitors to support a seamless mortgage journey.Ø Accurately input and maintain up-to-date client information across CRM systems and mortgage processing platforms.Ø Proactively track and monitor application progress, providing regular updates to clients and the advisor throughout each stage of the process.Ø Ongoing client relationship management.Ø Assisting the company meet its regulatory requirements.Ø Other duties as assignedEssential Knowledge & Skills:Ø QFA qualified or part-qualified (preferable)Ø Excellent writing and communication skillsØ Curious and interested in learningØ Strong attention to detailØ Can work unsupervised in your role and be a team playerØ You should have confidence to challenge norms and present ideas for changeØ Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and OutlookØ Demonstrable experience of effectively managing direct client communicationsØ Ability to build trusted relationships with clients and provide excellent serviceJob Type: Full-timePay: €45,000.00-€50,000.00 per yearBenefits:Bike to work schemeCompany eventsCompany pensionWork from homeExperience:QFA: 2 years (required)Licence/Certification:QFA (required)Work Location: In personApplication deadline: 21/09/2025Expected start date: 01/11/2025
