About Us
Stewarts Care is a long-established voluntary organisation, funded by the HSE under Section 38.
We support people with intellectual disabilities through residential care, day services, independent living, job advocacy, and vocational training.
Purpose of the Post
Reporting to the
Head of HR
(or nominee), the HR Business Partner – Operations & Analytics will deliver operational HR support across Stewarts Care while leading the development and application of workforce analytics to support effective people management.
The role focuses on operational HR delivery, workforce data analysis, compliance monitoring, and performance reporting within a regulated healthcare and disability services environment.
The post holder will work closely with managers to ensure workforce issues are managed effectively, risks are identified early, and workforce data informs day-to-day decision making.
Experience and Qualifications
Essential
Degree in Human Resources, Business, Analytics, or related field
Minimum 4 years HR experience with strong operational case management exposure
Demonstrated experience in workforce data analysis, HR systems, reporting, and dashboards
Good knowledge of Irish employment law and GDPR
Experience working in a regulated environment such as healthcare or disability services
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to build effective working relationships with managers
Desirable
Postgraduate qualification in HR, Business Analytics, or related discipline
Experience leading HR system improvements
Experience working in a Section 38 organisation
Experience engaging with trade unions

Salary
In line with the Department of Health consolidated pay scales, the current salary scale is Grade VI – Clerical, €57,898 – €70,734 per annum (including LSI).
