Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our busy litigation department as a legal secretary.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Transcribe dictation and prepare legal documents with precision and accuracy
2. Compile briefs, pleadings, letters, and other legal documents in a timely manner
3. Correspond with clients, witnesses, and counsel through effective communication
4. Provide administrative support, including filing and diary management

Requirements:

* Proven experience in a legal secretarial role with a strong track record of success
* Excellent transcribing skills and the ability to prepare high-quality legal documents
* Exceptional communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
