Deli Manager Position

As a Deli Manager, you will lead and motivate a team, manage food costing and waste procedures, complete HACCP documentation and temperature checks, deal with customer queries, introduce new ideas to boost sales and standards, and perform administrative duties.
To succeed in this role, you need to be passionate about fresh food, have previous experience managing a deli or fresh food department, and possess knowledge of achieving KPIs and sales targets. HACCP certification or knowledge is essential.
