CryptoTricity is looking for a Non-Executive Director to join its board during a pivotal time in the company's growth. This role requires attendance at board meetings in Dublin and meaningful participation in regulatory engagements with the Central Bank of Ireland (CBI). The successful candidate must be resident in Ireland with expertise in Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation (MiCA) and will have the opportunity to gain an equity stake in the company. The position demands a commitment of approximately 4-6 hours monthly, increasing during the CBI authorisation process.
