A construction company in Dublin 17 is seeking a Document Controller / Site Administrator to join their head office team on a 12-month maternity cover contract. The role will support project teams with document control and general administration, ensuring information is managed accurately and efficiently.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing project documentation, drawings, specifications, and registers
* Ensuring all documents are logged, updated, issued, and stored correctly
* Uploading and maintaining records on internal systems
* Liaising with project teams, consultants, and subcontractors regarding document flow
* Tracking revisions and ensuring the latest information is circulated
* Preparing reports, correspondence, and meeting minutes
* Coordinating meetings and maintaining organised filing systems
* Assisting with procurement tasks such as issuing purchase orders
* Supporting health & safety administration, including training records and inductions
* Handling general office duties and providing admin support as required
Requirements:
* Experience in document control, project administration, or site administration (construction preferred)
* Strong IT and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
* Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
This role offers a salary of up to €45,000 and the opportunity to work within a supportive head office environment on a 1-year maternity leave contract.
