Job Summary:
This role is responsible for leading our nursing team and contributing to the development of our care home's policies and procedures.

* Leading the nursing team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and services to our Residents.
Responsibilities:
• Provide leadership and management to the nursing team
• Contribute to the development of our care home's policies and procedures
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality care and services to our Residents
• Work collaboratively with other departments to achieve our care home's goals and objectives
Requirements:
• Current N.M.B.I. Registration
• At least three years' experience nursing older people in the last six years, with a strong focus on leadership and management
• A proven track record of successfully managing healthcare teams, with a minimum of three years' experience in a management capacity
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate at all levels
• A team player with strong leadership qualities, possessing an in-depth knowledge of the ageing process and a genuine interest in working with our Residents
