Key Account Recruiter
This is a remote opportunity to collaborate with our global team in tapping into client opportunities and generating new business.
As a recruiter, you will be responsible for responding to inbound inquiries as well as developing strategies to blanket your region with outbound activity.
You will strategically approach target companies and teams, identify the best technology options and sell corporate solutions for recruitment.
Although you strive to meet and exceed quota, you will always act in the best interest of the client.
Responsibilities:
* Develop strong personal relationships with prospects
* Create reliable forecasts and communicate pipeline status to management
* Close new business consistently at or above quota level
* Document and distribute competitive information
* Invest in colleagues and provide coaching and advice when needed
* Develop and execute on a strategic plan for the territory
* Listen to the needs of the market and share insights with product and marketing teams
* Be proactive about solving problems and take on additional initiatives and responsibilities as they emerge
Qualifications:
1. Basic Qualifications:
* 3+ years of sales experience in a quota carrying role
* Fluent in English and Polish
2. Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience with recruiting, HR software, SaaS opportunities, IT or recruiting solutions
* Knowledge of software contract terms and conditions with negotiation and forecasting skills
* Demonstrated ability to find, manage and close high-level business in an evangelist sales environment
