About the Role

Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the implementation of a multi-year change strategy, managing complex projects from inception to benefits realisation.
* Ensure robust governance and stakeholder engagement throughout the transformation process.
* Work closely with senior leaders, external partners, and cross-functional teams to develop business cases, manage resources, and embed change management practices.
Requirements
* A degree or equivalent professional qualification and at least 3 years' senior management experience in a large, complex organisation focused on continuous improvement.
* Alternatively, 5+ years' senior management experience will be considered.
* Proven experience in managing complex transformation programmes and projects.
* PRINCE2 certification or equivalent project management qualification.
* Strong leadership and influencing skills, with a track record of delivering strategic change.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
