Project Coordinator Job Description
The company is seeking a Project Coordinator to work on an exciting CapEx project in Ireland on an initial 12-month contract.
This role involves coordinating with the project team and stakeholders to manage schedules for successful project delivery. Key duties include supporting the project team, coordinating with trades, creating detailed/micro schedules, determining reasonable schedule logic, evaluating critical and near-critical path activity sequences, and facilitating review sessions with stakeholders.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Manage and coordinate project schedules for successful project delivery.
* Support the project team in scope creation and develop detailed/micro schedules to forecast and prioritize near-term actions.
* Determine and implement reasonable schedule logic based on discussion with task owners or teams.
* Evaluate critical and near-critical path activity sequences and facilitate review sessions with stakeholders.
Desirable Experience:
* Pharma experience essential; Bio-Pharma experience advantageous.
* Understanding of typical C&Q sequencing and logic.
* Able to critique and challenge schedules.
* Proficient in Primavera P6 and MS Office applications.
