The successful candidate will be required to liaise with the service manager on a daily basis within a busy refrigeration department. This role is based in our Ashbourne office 5 days a week.Key responsibilityField service calls and provide support as neededProvide support to a team of engineers and apprentices on a day to day basisAssist in setting & achieving agreed targetsAssist in meeting predefined KPI targetsAssist with the closure of service jobsLiaise with maintenance department around reporting requirementsQualifications/SkillsGood communication skills, liaising with all levels across the organisation.Microsoft office skills are essential;Excellent planning skills with a methodically and process driven approach to workAbility to plan organise and liaise with the service team and other departments to achieve affective collaborationAbility to work unsupervised as well as strong leadership skillsAbility to commutate affectively both written and verbalJob Types: Full-time, PermanentWork Location: In person
