Description:
We are hiring for our client, a prestigious international law firm, who are launching a new Employment Law team in Dublin and seeking to recruit an ambitious Employment Solicitor (NQ–6 PQE). The Employment Solicitor will play a key role in shaping the team, working closely with partners across global offices.

The Role:
* Advise on a broad range of employment law matters (advisory, contentious, and transactional support)
* Support international clients on Irish employment law issues and global projects
* Draft and negotiate employment contracts, policies, and settlement agreements
* Represent clients in employment disputes and regulatory investigations
* Collaborate with colleagues across EMEA and the UK on cross-border matters
The Person:
* Qualified Solicitor (NQ–6 PQE) in Ireland or the UK with a background in employment law
* Strong understanding of Irish employment legislation and dispute resolution
* Excellent communication and drafting skills
* Experience advising employer-side clients preferred
* Ambitious, team-oriented, and excited by a fast-paced, growth-focused environment
