Payroll Administrator Slane - Permanent We are recruiting for an experienced Payroll Administrator with a minimum of three years experience managing high-volume payrolls, for our client, a specialist in energy services operating across Ireland and Europe, based in Slane.
This is a hands-on payroll role, suited to someone who can confidently manage more than routine timesheet entry and monthly payrolls.
The role requires a strong focus on data checking, accuracy and deadlines, supported by an analytical mindset and meticulous attention to detail.
Salary: €35,000 €38,000 Location: Slane Fully onsite Car parking available Key Responsibilities Assist with fortnightly and monthly payroll processing for Ireland, the UK and Europe Collate and review weekly timesheet data via NTD, ensuring accuracy Calculate wage payments and liaise with project leads to resolve discrepancies Process annual leave, employee benefits, new starters and leavers Act as first point of contact for employee payroll queries Support biometric setup for new employee profiles Maintain accurate payroll records and documentation Produce monthly payroll reports, returns and reconciliations Ensure strict adherence to payroll and Revenue deadlines Work closely with HR to ensure accurate and timely data flow Key Requirements 35 years payroll or payroll administration experience (essential) Payroll qualification or strong hands-on payroll experience (desirable) Experience working in less structured payroll environments, beyond standard timesheet entry Experience with multi-jurisdictional payroll advantageous Strong Excel and payroll systems experience High attention to detail with strong analytical skills Ability to prioritise, multitask and meet tight deadlines Knowledge of employment legislation and statutory entitlements Strong communication and customer service skills For more information, please apply through the link provided for the attention of Paula Tavares or call Osborne Recruitment on.
