The firm offers good work life balance, high quality of work and a compensation package competitive with other top tier law firms.Hybrid working: typically the organisations operates a model with 1 day of working from home per week but it is negotiable.The role:The firm offers a full service on a broad range of practice areas on all issues affecting the healthcare sector, advising the HSE, public and private hospitals, regulators, insurers, and private companies in the healthcare space. The team is responsible for advising on complex healthcare litigation and healthcare law matters in Ireland, including clinical negligence, HSE cases, assisted decision-making and capacity cases, regulatory matters etc.The person:You are an Irish qualified Solicitor with circa 1-4 years' PQE in healthcare related litigation, ideally with experience in a leading law firm and on the defence side of the disputes.
