We currently have
Two
Temporary (Specified Purpose) post available for a Social Care Worker in Beechhaven Residential.
Both roles will be for a minimum of 36 hours a week and will last approximately 8 -12 months. These are 12 hour shifts.

The successful candidate will support the Team Leader, P.I.C and Residential and Day Services Manager in the following:
* To develop and implement a person-centered plan through the implementation of personal outcomes for each client promoting self-development, individuality and independence whilst ensuring that all policy and guidelines are adhered to
* Undertake the role and responsibilities or delegated responsibilities of the Team Leader in their absence.
* Coordinate and ensure the support needs of the service users are met in their daily lives
Minimum Requirements:
* Relevant recognised Degree in Social Care /Applied Social Studies in Social Care (Level 7 on the National Framework of Qualifications) or equivalent qualifications
* Full Clean Driving License (essential)
* 12 months of experience working with adults with an Intellectual Disability (essential)
* Be currently eligible to work in Ireland

Remuneration:
The successful candidate will be appointed on the Social Care Worker HSE Consolidated Payscales (Sept € 19.32c - € 25.86c per hour depending on experience.
