Who You Are
We are seeking an enthusiastic and organised
HR Administrator
to provide comprehensive HR administrative support across our site.
This role is ideal for someone with strong HR knowledge who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting both employees and management.
You will have
Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within a production environment
Knowledge of current employment legislation
A diploma or higher in HR, Business Administration or a related field (desirable)
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Experience working in a fast-paced environment
High level of computer literacy (Microsoft Office) and proficient in HR Systems
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work independently
About the Role
Provide general HR support across the business
Maintain and update HRIS and personnel files
Support management and employees with HR queries
Assist with recruitment and onboarding of new hires
Liaise with payroll regarding employee changes
