A position has become available for Accounts Administrator at Fyffes International SA, at our new built state of an art Distribution and Ripening Centre in Balbriggan.
Main Responsibilities:
Ø Assist with local Warehouse Queries
Ø Create POs and Service Entry sheet for transport management.
Ø Resolve discrepancies (stock allocations, returns)
Ø Liese with PTP & OTC department to sort out Queries
Ø Maintain Customer Price lists
Ø Pineapple Sales Order Completion for Export/Wholesales Sales
Ø Creating and Managing new Customer accounts (invoicing, price changes etc)
Ø Fruit claim Management (local)
Ø Local Annual Sustainability reporting
Ø Processing weekly payroll
Ø Querying payroll issues with HODs
Ø Sending agency hours to the various agencies
Ø Covering for reception & meeting hospitality
Ø Statutory Reports, CSO, BOP & Repak
Key Attributes/ Person Specification:
Ø Working as part of the team and be able to step in and cover when needed in other areas
Ø Good working knowledge and experience using Microsoft office
Ø An aptitude for data/numbers and some experience creating and working with spreadsheets.
Ø Ability to make decisions and operate on own initiative
Ø Ability to manage difficult situations and prioritise tasks
Minimum 1-2 years of an experience required
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: €17.00-€19.00 per hour
