Job Title: Childcare Manager
Location: Maynooth (Mullen Park)
Start Date: ASAP
Salary: DOE (Depending on Experience)
Tots Childcare is seeking an Experienced Childcare Manager to lead our brand new childcare center in Maynooth (Mullen Park). We are looking for a dedicated professional who can bring their expertise to ensure our center continues to deliver outstanding care and education to children and families in our community.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily operations of the childcare center
* Ensure a safe, nurturing, and positive environment for children and staff
* Manage staff, budgets, and ensure compliance with all regulatory standards
* Foster strong relationships with parents, maintaining excellent communication and care standards
* Prepare for Tusla Inspections
* Keep records updated
Requirements:
* Minimum 3+ years of experience managing a crèche or other childcare facility OR extensive childcare management experience
* Level 6 QQI qualification in Childcare (or equivalent)
* Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
* A passion for early childhood development and creating a safe, happy space for children
