Role Summary:
As a Commercial Vehicle Workshop Controller, you will play a key role in managing the workflow of vehicles through our workshop. This involves reviewing and allocating jobs, discussing requirements with the team to ensure work is completed to manufacturer standards.
Responsibilities include liaising with the Service Team to manage daily planning, providing ongoing review and support for diagnostics, and ensuring quality control of output from the workshop. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining high workshop utilisation, productivity, and achievement of KPI's.
Skills required for this role include at least 2 years' experience in a similar position in a Dealership/Manufacturer/Importer environment. You should be qualified as a HGV Tech with a minimum of 5 years' experience working in a busy workshop. Strong organisation and multitasking skills are also essential.
