Salary: Up to €170k OTE (50/50) + Equity

What You'll Do
* Run the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
* Focus on net new business development
* Self-source opportunities through strong outbound efforts
* Sell to professionals across all levels (end users to executives)
* Work from the Dublin office as part of a collaborative, high-energy team
* Travel opportunities to global offices (Dublin and Stockholm)
What We're Looking For
Experience Required:
* 1-5 years of proven closing experience
* Strong track record in full sales cycle management
* Experience in net new business development
* High-velocity sales background
* Ability to articulate previous sales performance with specific numbers
* Self-sufficient with strong outbound prospecting skills
