An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a growing team working on major data centre projects across Europe. This position will see you play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest client specifications.You'll work closely with Contract Managers and project teams, taking ownership of cost control, commercial reporting, and risk management throughout the project lifecycle.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with estimating teams during tendering to understand scope and strategyPrepare and maintain accurate commercial project files before and during project executionProduce weekly cost reports and performance projectionsManage and submit change orders in line with evolving project requirementsPrepare and submit monthly valuations, following up for timely certification and paymentDevelop and monitor project cashflow forecastsIdentify commercial risks early and implement mitigation strategiesEnsure contract compliance, resolve issues, and maintain strong client and stakeholder communicationStay up to date with contract conditions, legislation, and best practices in commercial managementSupport final account preparation and project close-out documentationCandidate ProfileBachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying or related fieldMinimum 3 years' commercial experience in construction, ideally within electrical or technical projectsStrong commercial awareness with proven ability in cost control, valuations, and change managementExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsProficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word in particular)Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple prioritiesStrong attention to detail with commitment to accuracyFluent English (C2 level), both written and spokenEU citizenship or unrestricted visa-free travel within the EUKnowledge of contract law and construction procurement processesWhat's on OfferCompetitive package with rotation options: 3 weeks on/1 week off or 10 days on/4 days offAll travel provided (flights and transport to site)Paid travel and accommodation provided (single occupancy, no shared rooms)Opportunity to work on high-profile, mission-critical projects across EuropeCareer progression and professional development opportunitiesJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: €65,000.00-€70,000.00 per yearApplication question(s):Do you have an EU Passport?Experience:commercial experience in construction: 3 years (required)Language:English (required)Work authorisation:Ireland (required)Willingness to travel:75% (required)Work Location: Remote
