Job Title: Site Project Manager
Job Description:
This role involves overseeing the delivery of capital projects in a live, working industrial plant. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing major work packages, coordinating works throughout the project phases, and ensuring compliance with company standards and national/international regulations.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Interact with the engineering department to deliver various capital projects.
2. Manage budget and schedule constraints for successful project delivery.
3. Coordinate works throughout the project phases.
4. Prepare equipment specifications for material requisitions.
5. Prepare statements of work (SOW) for contractor works.
6. Supervise and coordinate contractors.
7. Validate projects and prepare operation and maintenance (O&M) documents.
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you should have a minimum Level 8 Degree in Civil/Structural/Mechanical Engineering or an appropriate equivalent. You must also have 3 years' postgraduate engineering experience, with at least 2 years in an onsite project engineering role. Strong technical knowledge, particularly in Autodesk products (AutoCAD, Inventor, Revit) and Tekla, is desirable. Additionally, experience in working with and implementing projects in live, working industrial plants, as well as knowledge of relevant recognized standards, is essential.
