About the Position
As a Salesforce Lead Solution Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our clients by architecting innovative solutions using Salesforce products and services. You will combine your technical expertise with your deep understanding of Salesforce to create tailored solutions that meet the unique business needs of our clients. Working closely with our sales and consulting teams, you will be instrumental in pre‑sales activities, product demonstrations, and technical presentations to potential customers. Your role is integral in showcasing the power and versatility of Salesforce, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering long‑lasting business relationships.
Your Responsibilities
Develop and deliver innovative custom solutions, including solution concepts to key decision makers to address business issues and demonstrate business value.
Coordinate and lead the entire solution cycle through close collaboration with other high‑performing teams.
Incorporate industry experience and develop a point of view based on Salesforce’s solutions.
Fully understand and clearly articulate the benefits of Salesforce to customers at every level, from administration/IT staff to C‑level executives.
Present compelling Salesforce and partner solutions while supporting relationships with customers and partners.
Display initiative, self‑motivation, and deliver high‑quality results while meeting all expectations.
Personality Attributes / Experience
Understanding the unique business requirements of customers across multiple industries and translating those needs into a compelling vision and roadmap.
Track record of solution engineering, consultancy, delivery or training success for a software solution organization.
Solid oral, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication and relationship skills.
Proven time‑management skills in a dynamic team environment.
Ability to work as part of a team to solve problems in dynamic, energising environments.
Inquisitive, practical, and passionate about technology and sharing knowledge.
Willing and able to travel occasionally.
Fluent in Polish and English.
Degree or equivalent proven experience required.
