We have a fantastic opportunity for a candidate looking to show off their customer service skillset as a call centre agent. As an agent on the phones, you will be working in a fast-paced call centre as the first point of contact for customers with any queries or concerns.
Duties and Responsibilities
Provide professional customer service to our clients
Deal with escalated customer requirements as an urgent priority
Reviewing account activity and following up on existing and potential customers
Be proficient in computer skills
Requirements
Takes pride in representing the company as the first point of contact for customers
Is comfortable dealing with customers directly over the phone
Is comfortable dealing with and resolving any customer queries or concerns
Previous experience in a similar customer service or call centre position is appreciated
