Are you looking for a new challenge? Consider this exciting opportunity as a Business Development Consultant. In this role, you will be responsible for arranging and carrying out visits to potential holiday homes at agreed times with the owners.
Your key responsibilities will include identifying and signing up high quality properties in high demand locations, developing partnerships with relevant local businesses that will result in referrals – estate agents, developers, trades, and cleaning companies.
You will also need to gain an in-depth understanding of the Shamrock's owner proposition and USP's with the ability to articulate persuasively.
This is a self-employed position, with compensation including €150 per visit, €100 for each successful property made live, and mileage paid in line with the Irish Revenue.
The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, have strong organizational and time management skills to be able to balance their current commitments alongside this role.
You will also need to demonstrate effective sales and negotiation abilities, have great attention to detail, and be able to demonstrate initiative and persistence in prospecting and generating new opportunities.
A full driving licence is essential for this role.
