Job Role:
We are seeking a Human Resources professional to join our team in Sligo, Ireland. As an HR Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in supporting the site leadership team and driving business results through effective HR strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Talent Acquisition: You will partner with our people managers and leaders to identify staffing needs and develop targeted recruitment plans. This includes active sourcing of candidates for specialized positions across various functional areas.
* Employee Relations: You will serve as the primary point of contact for site employees and people managers/leaders, addressing HR-related inquiries and resolving issues. You will also conduct thorough investigations when necessary.
* Performance Management: You will guide and support our people managers/leaders in conducting performance reviews and providing constructive feedback. Additionally, you will assist in developing and implementing performance improvement plans.
* Training and Development: You will work with our regional HR manager and L&D manager to identify training needs and coordinate the delivery of relevant training programs for our manufacturing site. You will also support employee development through coaching, mentoring, and career planning.
Requirements:
* A bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field is required.
* A minimum of 5-7 years of experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably within the pharmaceutical/manufacturing industry.
* Experience in various HR disciplines, including employee relations, performance management, recruitment, and training.
