Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for a Director of Business Development based in Cork, with flexibility to work from home part of the time. The Director will oversee new business opportunities, lead generation, and strategic business planning. Responsibilities include establishing partnerships, negotiating contracts, and managing relationships with key accounts while identifying growth opportunities for the organization.
Qualifications
* Proven expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation
* Strong skills in Business Planning and strategic thinking
* Experience with Contract Negotiation and creating mutually beneficial agreements
* Proficiency in Account Management and maintaining client relationships
* Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
* Ability to work independently and thrive in a hybrid work environment
* Prior experience in healthcare or related industries is a plus
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent work experience
