Job Title: Civils Site Manager
The role of a Civils Site Manager is multifaceted, encompassing the supervision and management of on-site teams comprising tradespeople and subcontractors. This requires meticulous attention to detail to ensure that all work adheres to specifications while maintaining a safe working environment.
Liaison Role: The Civils Site Manager will be responsible for coordinating daily activities with project managers, engineers, and planners to keep projects on schedule. This entails monitoring progress closely in order to address any potential delays or disruptions promptly.
Key Responsibilities:

More than five years' experience in a similar capacity are preferred although not essential.Civil works experience remains an absolute requirement Groundworks or plant background can be advantageous while knowledge concerning pipelines & RC works would be beneficial Those skilled professionals having prior Irish/UK experience may enjoy added advantages As far as skills are concerned hand-on practical approach preferably accompanied by good planning organisational abilities will give candidates significant priority.
