What You Will Do
The Portfolio Administration Claims Associate provides middle and back office operational support to PGIM Fixed Income. This includes serving as a member of the portfolio administration reconciliation team, responsible for claims management. The Analyst acts as a main point of contact for internal and external partners for all claims phase of the trade lifecycle. The role requires operational support knowledge, fixed income products understanding, and familiarity with international markets and claims procedures.
What You Can Expect
* Daily support and technical support for Claims management and related operations and reporting.
* Knowledge of custody and cash operations, preferably in Fixed Income, including global settlements and cash balance reporting.
* Facilitation of claim flow processes, ensuring external parties adhere to industry guidelines.
* Support for claim identification and investigation, resolving charges impacting Fixed Income clients.
* Primary liaison between internal operations and external custodian banks and brokers.
* Support for local projects and team initiatives.
* Timely resolution of operational issues raised by business partners.
* Development and monitoring of claim status reports and metrics analysis.
* Assistance in maintaining departmental policies and controls.
* Proactive process improvements leveraging available tools.
* Building internal and external relationships to ensure service levels.
What You Will Bring
* Experience in Operational roles or Finance industry.
* Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Commerce, or relevant fields.
* Strong knowledge of global markets, trade lifecycle, and industry tech.
* Understanding of business risk and operational controls.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
* Multi-tasking and information absorption across products.
* Organizational and prioritization skills to meet deadlines.
* Strong communication skills (written and verbal).

* Experience in Fixed Income Claims.
* Skills in Excel (V-LookUp, Pivot Tables).
