Sous Chef – 4-Star Hotel — €40,000–€45,000 DOE
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sous Chef to join the culinary team at a prestigious 4-star hotel.
You will work closely with the Executive Chef to oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure exceptional food quality and presentation.
Responsibilities
Assist the Executive Chef with menu planning and delivery
Supervise, train, and motivate kitchen staff
Maintain high standards of food hygiene, health, and safety
Monitor stock levels, manage suppliers, and control costs
Contribute creatively to menu development and seasonal specials
Ensure consistency and quality across all hotel outlets
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a 4-star or high-standard hospitality environment
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen safety regulations
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Passion for delivering exceptional culinary experiences
Full unrestricted right to work in Ireland
