Sales Support Executive
Support field-based Client Directors by building rapport with existing customers and ensuring repeat business. Prepare and issue quotes to clients, liaise with clients to inform them of PFH's suitable products and services available to meet their needs.
Key responsibilities include attending client visits, processing orders accurately in a timely manner on the Business Central system, and maintaining ownership of all orders from point of receipt to delivery to the client while keeping them updated on delivery timelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications
* Minimum of 2 years' experience working in a similar environment.
* Confident phone manner, excellent written skills, adaptability, and ability to work under pressure.
* Strong customer service skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
* Motivated to achieve KPIs, metrics, and targets.
