Job Title: Inertial Sensor Specialist
In this pivotal role, you will spearhead the development and maintenance of inertial sensor technologies, driving innovation and excellence in our organisation. As an expert in your field, you will be responsible for leading all aspects of tasks related to inertial sensors, from design requirement definitions and reviews to roadmaps and competitor analysis. Your expertise will also encompass IP management, supporting the development, maintenance, and improvement of engineering processes.
Key responsibilities include developing inertial sensor product roadmaps, providing business development and market/product expertise, managing intellectual property (IP) rights related to our products. Additionally,you will play a key role in supporting technical reviews during project phases (from concept through production), collaborating with cross-functional teams on process improvements aimed at enhancing overall quality assurance standards throughout the organization.
Requirements
* A minimum 10 years' experience working as AOCS (Attitude & Orbit Control Systems) Engineer/Inertial Sensor Engineer in highly regulated environments such as aerospace or defense industries .
