This role focuses on operational improvements across our global tech organization and internal tools and platforms to improve how teams work and collaborate.Agoda is an online travel booking platform for accommodations, flights, and more. Based in Asia and part of Booking Holdings, our 7,100+ employees representing 95+ nationalities in 27 markets foster a work environment rich in diversity, creativity, and collaboration.ResponsibilitiesOwn the product lifecycle from concept through implementation and iterationCollaborate with engineers, product managers, and cross-functional leaders to understand internal challenges and develop scalable solutionsInfluence without authority, aligning diverse stakeholders behind a shared vision for operational improvementsWork closely with Tech senior leadership to ensure alignment, visibility, and buy-in for key initiativesUse data to inform prioritization and track the impact of your work over timeQualifications3+ years of technical product management experience in a fast-paced environment5+ years total technical experience in engineering, internal platforms, developer tools, infrastructure, or similar domainsExperience designing or improving internal tools or systems used across large organizationsA strategic mindset with strong problem-solving skills and an ability to simplify complex processesComfortable navigating ambiguity and defining structure where it does not yet existStrong interpersonal and communication skills—able to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across multiple disciplinesExperience working with data to support decision-making (e.g. dashboards, KPIs, basic SQL, or working with analysts)Experience with AI/LLM tools or automation technologies is a plus, but not requiredThis position requires relocation fully to Bangkok, Thailand, where relocation support is providedLocationBangkok, Thailand (relocation provided)Employment typeFull-timeSeniority levelDirectorEqual OpportunityEqual Opportunity Employer.
