Join the AIR Team as a Part-Time Maintenance Administrator

We are currently seeking a proactive and organised Part-Time Maintenance Administrator to join our busy team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for consistent part-time hours in a supportive office environment.

Role: Part-Time Maintenance Administrator

Location: Office-based

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM (25 hours per week). While the core hours are set, we value flexibility and can discuss minor adjustments if required.

Key Responsibilities:

· Printing and issuing maintenance reports and contracts.

· Assisting with maintenance invoicing, including tracking parts used and contract billing.

· Liaising effectively with Maintenance and Service Managers to support operational flow.

· Co-ordinating schedules and information with Engineers and the Parts Department.

· Ensuring all maintenance works are pre-booked and confirmed with customers.

· Maintaining and updating maintenance spreadsheets accurately in Excel.

· Managing returned paperwork, including scanning, uploading to our system, and organised filing.

· Responding promptly and professionally to all incoming calls and emails.

· Providing general administrative support as needed to ensure smooth departmental operations.

About You:

While full training will be provided for all aspects of the role, we are looking for a candidate who is:

· Comfortable with basic Microsoft Excel and Outlook.

· Confident and possesses an excellent phone manner, able to communicate clearly and professionally with colleagues and customers.

· Highly organised with a keen eye for detail.

· Reliable and able to work independently within a team structure.
