Seeking a Trade Counter Sales Specialist to generate and increase sales through serving customers on the trade counter, answering the telephone, preparing customer quotations, purchase ordering, supplier negotiation and warehouse duties. Key responsibilities include:
* Providing exceptional customer service on the trade counter
* Handling internal sales calls and responding to customer inquiries
* Preparing accurate and competitive customer quotations
* Negotiating with suppliers to secure best prices
* Picking and fulfilling customer orders efficiently
* Managing goods in and out of the warehouse
* Making deliveries to customers as required
Desirable skills for this role include strong knowledge of computer systems and Microsoft Office, manual handling training, forklift operation, and previous experience in warehousing and stock control environments.
