* Deliver comprehensive care, encompassing daily living, personal care, and household tasks.
* Act as a primary point of contact for assigned individuals, coordinating with families and multidisciplinary teams.
* Develop tailored programs to teach self-help, domestic, and social skills, promoting independence and community engagement.
* Support individuals with challenging behaviours through evidence-based approaches.
* Administer prescribed medications accurately, maintaining meticulous records.
* Mentor Care Assistants, fostering a cohesive team culture.
* Assume leadership responsibilities as Person in Charge when required.
