 
        Senior Quantity Surveyor A well-established Main Contractor in the Greater Waterford Area is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team. Role & Responsibilities: Manage & control project budgets, valuations, forecasts across residential projects. Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities & related documentation. Assess, value, and process subcontractor payments and variations. Conduct cost analysis and risk management activities throughout project lifecycles. Ensure contractual compliance and assist in resolving commercial issues or disputes. Work closely with project teams to track progress and manage financial reporting. Liaise with clients, consultants, & stakeholders to maintain strong relationships. Support procurement strategies and supply chain negotiations. Requirements: Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline. Minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience, ideally within residential construction. Strong understanding of Irish construction contracts and regulatory standards. Proficient in cost planning software and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent commercial acumen and negotiation skills. Ability to manage multiple projects with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
