Job Title: R&D Manager
Our client is a high potential medical device startup seeking an R&D Manager to join their team. The role reports directly to the VP of R&D and involves managing people, departmental activities within the Research and Development/Product Development functions.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
1. Recruit, manage and develop Senior and R&D engineers by providing clear goals, objectives, development feedback, opportunities.
Develop, support strategic plans ensuring technology reaches full potential while allocating appropriate resources towards facilitation.
