Key responsibilities include:Gaining a clear understanding of client requirements and expectationsWorking closely with the Contract Management and Operations teams to support project deliveryManaging projects and developing detailed schedules to support executionCoordinating and scheduling resources to ensure efficient project deliveryMaintaining and monitoring detailed project schedules to track engineering team progressManaging changes to project scope, timelines, and costs using appropriate control and verification methodsMeasuring and reporting project performance for internal stakeholders and client reportingSupporting budget management by monitoring costs and adjusting project constraints based on financial analysisExperience & Skills:Fluent English speaker with permission to work in IrelandPrevious experience in a similar scheduling or project coordination roleStrong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilityHigh level of IT proficiency and reporting skillsAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and prioritise tasks effectivelyExcellent communication and customer service skillsProactive team player with the ability to multitaskCapable of working independently while coordinating effectively with wider teamsTechnical background in mechanical or electrical disciplines desirable, but not essentialGet in touch today to hear all about this opportunity
